Job Description:

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join a high-performing team focused on a diverse portfolio of community infrastructure. This 12-month contract (with a 6-month extension option) is ideal for a professional with a background in design who wants to own projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on role where design coordination is central to success. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical requirements translate into high-quality community assets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants
  • Manage the full lifecycle: feasibility, concept, approvals, procurement, and delivery
  • Prepare technical project briefs, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Navigate procurement, contract administration, and project governance
  • Manage scope, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and contract administration
  • Ability to drive engagement between internal teams and external agencies
