Job Description

Road9 Media is hiring a Technical Project Delivery Specialist to manage and deliver UI/UX, web development, website maintenance, and SEO projects. This role is responsible for project follow-up, phase-by-phase testing using set checklists, and final delivery to clients, including deployment, based on preset standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of UI/UX, web development, website maintenance, and SEO projects
  • Break down requirements into clear tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internally with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and copywriters
  • Follow up on progress and keep projects moving according to deadlines and scope
  • Ensure the team clearly understands requirements and expected output
  • Run testing and quality checks on every project and project phase using specific checklists
  • Review work before delivery to ensure it meets preset standards
  • Handle project delivery to clients, including final testing, deployment, and handover
  • Track risks, blockers, pending items, and next steps clearly
  • Keep project management tools and documentation updated accurately
  • Support smoother workflows, handoffs, and delivery structure over time

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web project delivery, web development, or technical web operations
  • Solid hands-on background in web development or strong technical involvement in website projects
  • Good understanding of UI/UX, website development, website maintenance, testing, deployment, and launch workflows
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS-based websites, hosting basics, domains, and website structure
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially on-page and technical SEO requirements
  • Strong ability to review technical work in detail and catch issues before delivery
  • Strong project follow-up, organization, and task management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing requests at the same time
  • Clear communication and strong sense of ownership
