Job Responsibility

  • Lead global procurement transformation projects across SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, SAP ERP MM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and related legacy systems
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project charter, workplan, governance, financials, risk register, change log, action tracking and progress reporting
  • Drive project timelines, budgets, resource planning and delivery quality
  • Manage senior stakeholders across multiple countries and ensure clear communication, governance and escalation
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Implement project changes and interventions to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within procurement, supply chain, source-to-contract, source-to-pay, ERP or digital transformation
  • Strong experience with SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
  • Experience delivering projects across large global organisations
  • Strong project governance, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Experience working across multi-country teams, including Malaysia, India, Hungary, UK or North America
  • Consulting background is an advantage
