As our programmes continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a strong cabling background to lead operational delivery across fibre network projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of performance, safety, quality and delivery. Working closely with Supervisors, Engineers and client stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and right first time.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead fibre and cabling delivery teams across multiple workstreams
  • Drive performance against programme targets, KPIs and client expectations
  • Manage resources, productivity and day-to-day operational delivery
  • Ensure work is delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, operational teams and stakeholders
  • Coach and develop Supervisors, Engineers and Operatives
  • Identify and resolve delivery challenges before they impact performance
  • Support continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity
