Job Description:

As Project Delivery Analyst, you will work autonomously supporting Project Delivery Specialists through the implementation life cycle, offering support and assistance to customers as required.

Job Responsibility:

Adhere to the PSG Ways of Working at all times
Conduct installations and server migrations as requested
Conduct PSG activities as requested by the Head of Professional Services
Attend site if it were deemed necessary
Manage open cases in line with team KPI’s
Ensure all project support is conducted in a professional and timely manner
Provide support and guidance for other departments as required
Utilise correct tools and processes as defined by the Head of Professional Services

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Customer service focused
Demonstrable experience in customer service
Problem-solving

Nice to have:

Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery
Experience with SQL Server databases
Experience with Crystal Reports
Business/commercial awareness
IT service awareness
IT culture awareness (eg GDPR)
Forward-thinking/proactive nature
