Job Description

As Project Delivery Analyst, you will work autonomously supporting Project Delivery Specialists through the implementation life cycle, offering support and assistance to customers as required.

Job Responsibility

  • Adhere to the PSG Ways of Working at all times
  • Conduct installations and server migrations as requested
  • Conduct PSG activities as requested by the Head of Professional Services
  • Attend site if it were deemed necessary
  • Manage open cases in line with team KPI’s
  • Ensure all project support is conducted in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support and guidance for other departments as required
  • Utilise correct tools and processes as defined by the Head of Professional Services
