Job Responsibility:

Design and develop models for analyzing company project data
Automate and standardize manual data collection and processing workflows
Support the PMO team in the operational management of projects
Collaborate in project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
Assist with billing activities, pipeline planning, and forecast/budgeting
Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data used for analysis

Requirements:

Degree in Management Engineering / Computer Science or related fields
Knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, Python, or equivalents
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar, preferred)
Familiarity with Project Management processes and PMO tools
Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with curiosity and eagerness to learn
Proactivity, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in international environments
