Our client seeks a Project Coordinator to join a high-performing Programme Management Office. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to deliver comprehensive coordination and administrative support across a large, structured enterprise programme. This is a fantastic 6-month contract opportunity for a Mid-Senior level coordinator looking to add high-profile enterprise experience to their portfolio. You will be the central pivot point for the team, managing core registers, coordinating workshops, and ensuring governance processes run seamlessly.
Job Responsibility
Maintain and coordinate core project management registers, including risks, issues, and change controls
Provide high-level executive assistance and calendar management to the programme leadership team
Act as secretariat for governance boards, managing formal meeting minutes and action registers
Coordinate complex travel, accommodation, workshops, and team onboarding requirements across locations
Manage document formatting and daily information architecture within enterprise SharePoint sites
Assist project teams with daily administrative tasks to meet critical programme timelines
Requirements
Proven experience working effectively in large-scale, highly structured project office environments
Strong document management skills, proficient in SharePoint and MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication with a sharp eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage timelines and establish strong stakeholder relationships
Experience in governance support, formal minute-taking, and managing comprehensive action registers
Background in large organisations with strong governance and compliance structures is highly advantageous
Familiarity with programme and project methodology
