The Project Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple website development projects – from kickoff to launch and post-launch updates. The role requires close coordination between Designers, Developers, SEO and marketing stakeholders, and Management to ensure projects stay aligned with scope, timelines, quality standards, and internal capacity.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate website development projects from kickoff to launch and post-launch updates, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Continuous support for ongoing clients, including implementing website updates and maintaining smooth website functionalities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing/SEO, Designers, Developers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators to keep tasks aligned and moving forward
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and documentation (briefs, specs, meeting notes, content docs)
Track progress daily, identify risks/delays early, and escalate blockers with clear context and next steps
Keep distributed teams on the same page through clear, timely, and professional communication
Clarify requirements and translate them into actionable tasks with clear instructions and acceptance criteria
Support resource planning by monitoring team workload, priorities, and dependencies across multiple projects
Coordinate changes in scope and priorities, adapting plans while keeping stakeholders aligned
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by supporting review/QA workflows and flagging issues promptly
Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools to streamline delivery
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination / project management (preferably in web development or a digital agency)
Solid understanding of the website delivery lifecycle (requirements, content, design, development, QA, launch, updates)
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills across multiple projects
Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing/SEO, Design, Development)
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Process tracking, managing changes, spotting risks, and escalating issues in a timely manner
High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
Able to work under pressure, accept feedback, and meet tight deadlines
Proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach
Comfortable with project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar) and maintaining documentation
Shows initiative and eagerness to be involved creatively with our team
