Project Coordinator

• Compliance & WHS: Utilise existing SWMS to prepare job specific JSAs and risk assessments
• Ensure all documentation is transmitted to relevant client personnel
• Monitor internal WHS requirements and take corrective action where required
• Manage project-specific requirements, including coordinating and assisting staff with site inductions and access
• Coordination & Site Operations: Assist with site measurements and monitor progress alongside the management team
• Participate in weekly project meetings to review current and upcoming status, assigning tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify site-based issues as they arise and implement practical solutions
• Provide design and coordination input during project meetings for both active and future builds
• Provide clear direction to workshop and site staff based on project milestones and coordination meeting outcomes
• Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and provide input into the monthly internal project programme
• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining a high level of project knowledge

• Prior demonstrated experience with the construction or building industry within a similar role
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety highly regarded
• Technical Literacy: be able to assist in the preparation of drawings and marking up drawings for both the active project and tendering phases of construction
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for dealing with both site teams and professional clients
• Organisation: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications in Workplace, Health and Safety would be highly regarded
