We are looking for a Project Coordinator to cover maternity leave within the team for up to 12-months. This is a full time role based at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday. Working within the tapered roofing department, you will be dealing with incoming enquiries from our key partners, contractors and external sales team. You will be responsible for the pre-qualification of the incoming information before it is passed to admin so it can then be logged with design and estimating. Once that enquiry is created within our CRM system you will ensure key customer SLA’s are met. It is essential that you able to speak to our key partners, contractors and external sales to pro-actively manage workload and expectation to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
Job Responsibility:
Point of contact for Key accounts
Pre-qualification of design requests to ensure the correct information is being passed to the design team
Cover and assist with estimating
Assist external sales with pipeline management
Pro-actively manage customer requests
Cover and assist with logging and sending
Communicating accurately with other departments where necessary
Requirements:
Experience of working in an office environment in an administrative support role (or similar)
Ability to learn and adjust quickly
Excellent numeracy skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy
Confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills
logical and process minded
Ability to work under pressure
Nice to have:
NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or Customer Services (or similar)
