This is a part-time opportunity that can be done remotely during normal business hours (EST). This candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of contracting processes supporting the Marketing and Professional Relations. This role focuses on the preparation, submission, tracking, and execution of contracts with healthcare professionals, vendors, and third-party partners. This candidate will ensure all contracts are completed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with internal policies, while partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Manage all Professional Relations contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, Statements of Agreement (SAs), amendments, and change orders
Lead the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete and validate contract intake requirements
Submit contracts through internal systems for Legal, Compliance, and Procurement review
Track contract status and proactively drive contracts to timely execution
Manage consulting agreements for healthcare professionals, including advisory boards and consulting engagements
Conduct fair market value (FMV) assessments based on role, expertise, and engagement scope
Ensure completion and accuracy of required documentation (e.g., Needs Assessment Forms)
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support contract execution and payment processing
Maintain accurate tracking of all contracted engagements
Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and external vendors for contracting activities
Support negotiation and resolution of contract terms in partnership with Legal
Ensure all contracts align with company policies and compliance requirements
Manage purchase order (PO) creation and tracking to support all contracts
Ensure timely reconciliation of contract-related expenses
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of contract activity
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare contracting, operations, or related function
Strong experience managing contract lifecycle processes and working with Legal/Compliance teams
Familiarity with enterprise systems for contract submission, tracking, and financial reconciliation
Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple contracts simultaneously
