Job Responsibility:

  • Project operation needs, and PM assigned tasks
  • Working with project management team and the general contractor and other vendors for scope gaps/changes
  • Schedule monitoring, tracking and provide suggestions with the contractor and onsite schedule team supporting
  • Assist senior PM to provide program status and analysis in an executive summary format with key milestones and construction phases
  • Accountable for the implementation of new schedule initiatives
  • Verified physical percent complete in the schedule. Coordinate with cost consultant so that they loaded budget and commitments correctly in the schedule, and thus billed correctly.
  • Assist PM on managing the close out process
  • Validate all progress reports submitted by the contractors on weekly and monthly basis including all schedule and reports submitted.
  • Alarmed all project delays in the meeting. Root cause, impact and potential mitigation will be recorded as meeting minutes by host.
  • PA will review the following reports but not limited to: Critical Path Review Report
  • Executive Review Report
  • TMP Baseline Submission Report
  • Verify schedule and that it matches work happening in the field
