TF Solutions, part of Travis Perkins Group, is the UK's leading specialist distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration products. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Technical team and take ownership of a Key Account from first enquiry through to final delivery. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys juggling multiple moving parts, and gets satisfaction from seeing a project land exactly as the customer expected, on time, on spec, and without the drama.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end coordination of your Key Account, order management, delivery fulfilment, stock monitoring, and quote follow-ups
Work the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Support the development and continuous improvement of our Tech+ customer offering
Build strong working relationships across Sales, Tech, suppliers, and the wider TF Solutions network
Take a leading role in our project pipeline tracker, keeping it accurate, championing best practice, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Partner closely with the Project Manager to deliver best-in-class service
Be the main driver for a major client, bridging the gap between their needs and our internal teams
Working closely with Sales, you'll ensure that every enquiry supports the client’s business goals while meeting our own commercial targets
Handle the day-to-day logistics by turning those plans into reality
work hand-in-hand with the Tech and Project teams to organize equipment schedules and track timelines, ensuring every installation stays on course and meets the customer's technical needs
Requirements:
Driving licence
Demonstrable track record in sales and customer service
Commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
you can talk to anyone, from an engineer on site to a board-level customer
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
Comfortable with IT and able to produce and interpret basic financial/statistical information
Knowledge of sales processes
Good team ethic, plus the passion, drive, and initiative to make things happen
Nice to have:
