Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support fast-paced, dynamic organizations across the Bay Area. Job Responsibility
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with project managers and internal teams to support scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute action items
Maintain project plans, reports, and related documentation
Monitor project progress and proactively escalate risks, delays, or issues
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Assist with resource coordination and workflow management
Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative, or operations support
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or Microsoft Project is a plus
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
