The Project Coordinator manages and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery for our client. This role coordinates internal projects, tracks milestones, and aligns teams with client expectations. Key responsibilities include establishing workflows, reporting structures, and collaboration tools, monitoring timelines and budgets, facilitating communication, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope and aligned with strategic priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience in professional services or legal environments, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage projects to support operational goals and client service delivery
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure alignment with priorities
Support development of workflows, reporting, and project documentation for greater efficiency
Track project expenses and resources to aid financial oversight
Work with cross-functional teams—including Legal Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business Development—to ensure project alignment and execution
Provide status updates, surface risks, and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling and documentation
Support leadership by reporting on project progress and performance
Oversee project execution to meet deliverables on time and within scope
Maintain tracking systems and tools for data accuracy and access
Help implement project management platforms for transparency and scalability
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team coordination
Stay updated on project management trends and relevant methodologies
Gather stakeholder feedback to refine project processes and infrastructure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma) advantageous
Experience in project coordination or operations management, preferably in professional services or legal settings
Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with project management tools, reporting dashboards, and collaboration platforms
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain progress across multiple projects
Experience with confidentiality, compliance, and client service standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in improving project processes and supporting organizational growth
