Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive medical communication programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and consistently exceeding their expectations
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Provide strategic insights to guide the development of compelling communication strategies tailored to the medical and scientific communities
  • Oversee content development processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information exchange
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings, workshops, and conferences, both virtually and in-person as needed (light travel required)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential
  • English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
