Project Coordinator

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a portfolio of transformation and acquisition projects
• Maintain project plans, schedules, actions, risks, and issue logs in line with PMO governance standards
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and governance forums — ensuring agendas, actions, and decisions are captured and followed through
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays to the Programme Manager and Chief of Staff
• Prepare clear and engaging status reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders
• Help embed consistency, structure, and best practice across the transformation portfolio

• Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to chase actions and drive progress
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, ideally in a transformation or change environment
• Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels
• Familiarity with project management tools, methods, or governance frameworks (e.g., PMO, Prince2, Agile) is a plus
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic business
