Job Description:

AMAN Builders is looking to add a hardworking, enthusiastic Project Coordinator to our Team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project management coordination on multidisciplinary commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and all stakeholders related to the project
Coordinating the overall project design, budget and schedule
Working collaboratively with the project team to discuss progress, risks and solutions in order to meet scheduled dates
Coordinating with team members to ensuring project targets are achieved
Providing the Project Manager with information on project financials to support forecasting initiatives
Supporting the procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Reinforcing Company Culture

Requirements:

1-2 years of institutional/commercial construction experience is required
A construction related degree/diploma is preferred
Experience with Procore and MS project is preferred
Knowledge of pull planning techniques is preferred
Must be willing to travel to sites and in some cases work from site office for the length of the project
Must have strong knowledge of scheduling, project management and cost controls
Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license
Must hold strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
Must have a proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity

Nice to have:

Experience with Procore and MS project is preferred
Knowledge of pull planning techniques is preferred
