As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our Project Managers and the successful delivery of our client projects. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day administrative requirements, ensuring everything stays on track and our teams have the support they need to excel. Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end responsibility for coordinating the seamless delivery of projects to clients
Diligently monitor daily project progress, keeping trackers and databases up-to-date with precision
Be the daily point of contact for customers, engaging in regular conference calls
Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing valuable insights into project performance
Expertly receive and review the daily work stack within the internal system, strategically managing planned start and completion dates
Be responsible for accurate and timely NOI (Notice of Intent) submissions to clients
Diligently monitor and update internal client systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Liaise between various internal and client teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Communicate seamlessly with field engineers, ensuring they are fully prepped and efficiently scheduled for their jobs
Create comprehensive job packs tailored to stakeholder specifications
Actively contribute to enhancing project systems and practices, seeking more efficient ways of working
Requirements:
Good IT skills with a particularly strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, methodical approach to work
Keen attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, and an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and experience in liaising with multiple internal and external parties
Good decision-making skills, knowing when to take initiative and when to escalate issues for support
Thrive both in a team environment and when working independently, managing time effectively
Excel at working to deadlines and can perform under pressure, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands
