We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project team in Pretoria. Possible candidates who live / willing to live and work in Pretoria are expected to be responsible to ensure successful implementation.
Job Responsibility:
Support the coordination and implementation of projects to ensure activities are carried out in line with project scope, timeline, and budget
Assist Project Managers in managing project teams and coordinating project activities
Support communication with Beneficiaries, Contracting Authorities, consortium partners, and project stakeholders when required
Coordinate project documentation, archiving systems, and monitoring of project deliverables
Support the preparation and quality control of project reports, technical outputs, and management reports
Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting processes
Coordinate expert mobilization and resource utilization during project implementation
Ensure proper tracking of project activities through internal project management systems
Support the preparation of project closure activities and documentation of lessons learned
Requirements:
Min 5 years
University degree preferably in administrative and social sciences
5+ years of general work experience in EU funded projects
Preferably 3 years of EU funded project finance experience
Have excellent analytical skills and research ability
Good command of Microsoft Office programs
Good command of English – reading, writing, speaking, comprehension
