Project Coordinator

• Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, coordinate internal resources, and manage information flow to ensure all milestones are met
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, distributors, and contractors regarding project scope and objectives
• Rigorous Documentation: Maintain precise project files, including Bill of Materials (BOM) spreadsheets, design revisions, and purchase orders
• Tracking & Risk Management: Update timelines, track changing lead times, and proactively report progress or risks to management
• Strategic Support: Assist Project Management in establishing coordination plans and strategies for existing projects
• Active Problem Solving: Resolve project lifecycle issues, such as resource bottlenecks or material delays

• A minimum of three years of experience within the electrical industry is required
• 1–3 years of experience specifically in a project support or coordination role
• Candidates must be highly proficient in reading and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) spreadsheets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and an analytical approach to complex project data
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with experience using relevant project management software
• Proven ability to work both independently and effectively within a team setting
