Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist project managers and cross-functional teams in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing core enterprise deliverables. This role requires a unique blend of traditional project coordination—such as tracking budgets, managing risk logs, and maintaining document repositories—alongside cutting-edge initiatives. The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating enterprise AI enablement initiatives and supporting the operational rollout of robust cybersecurity programming.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to multiple project managers and project teams
  • Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including the rollout of tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions
  • Collaborate with various internal groups to gather updates and maintain project budgeting, action items, progress reporting, and risk management logs
  • Monitor and maintain the project document repository
  • Develop detailed project status reports and maintain status reporting logs
  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive cybersecurity program
  • Support stakeholder engagement, change management activities, and cross-functional execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive project coordination experience
  • Strong understanding of fundamental project management concepts (scope, goals, risk, cost, and quality management)
  • Proven experience supporting the implementation, training, and change management workflows for enterprise-wide digital tool rollouts (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
  • Expert-level experience overseeing project document repositories, version control, and status logging
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience utilizing enterprise project management software such as MS Project, Planview, or similar tracking tools
