This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing project activities, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring stakeholders have visibility into progress and key milestones.
Job Responsibility:
Support project managers by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring project deliverables stay aligned with requirements
Gather schedules, deadlines, and resource needs across multiple workstreams to help drive projects forward
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues when needed
Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles, resolve scheduling conflicts, and recommend corrective actions
Build strong relationships with operational teams to share best practices, communicate updates, and support ongoing or upcoming project needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, communications, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in a project support, project coordination, or operations-focused role
Strong understanding of project management principles and standard methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
