Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in New Jersey. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in project tracking and coordination, particularly within CRM platforms. You will play a key role in supporting a dynamic team that manages leasing and property operations for notable brands.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and track projects, contracts, and work progress using CRM tools and project management platforms
Provide administrative support to a team handling leasing and property-related tasks for major clients
Coordinate and follow up on calls, tasks, and required information to ensure smooth project execution
Submit and manage accounting, billing, and budget-related documentation
Collaborate with the marketing team to request updates or edits to collateral materials when needed
Maintain accurate project records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project objectives
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project coordination

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools such as monday.com
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with accounting, billing, and budget processes
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Experience managing contracts and ensuring compliance with deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
