Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Memphis, Tennessee, to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in managing multiple tasks, building relationships, and ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in collaborating with stakeholders and driving seamless implementation processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for onboarding new customers and carriers
  • Foster strong and reliable relationships with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project
  • Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions to meet their needs
  • Gather and document project requirements, define scope, and establish clear timelines and tasks
  • Coordinate and manage internal resources to ensure the successful execution of implementation plans
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain thorough project documentation
  • Oversee testing phases and facilitate a smooth transition from testing to production
  • Ensure completed accounts are transitioned effectively to the support team for ongoing management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working within supply chain networks, including roles with shippers, carriers, or auditors
  • A minimum of 1 year of project management experience
  • Familiarity with integrations involving accounting systems and related processes
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing queries in relational databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira

Nice to have:

  • Advanced coursework or certifications in Project Management are preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
