The company is currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Coordinator to lead business-critical projects and support their senior leadership team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage business-critical projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure on-time, compliant delivery
  • Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans while monitoring KPIs to drive accountability
  • Ensure all project activities align with cGMP, TGA, and other global regulatory frameworks
  • Support initiatives to improve production workflows, documentation practices, and system implementations
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels, including providing reporting and decision-making support to executives
  • Draft professional correspondence and monitor key internal and external action items to uphold best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment is preferred
  • A strong understanding of GMP, FDA, EMA, or TGA compliance frameworks is highly valued
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheet is required
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential for interacting with senior-level contacts
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
