Project Coordinator

• Organize and manage all phases of event-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• maintain and update project schedules while tracking key milestones to ensure deadlines are met
• communicate regularly with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to provide status updates and mitigate risks
• handle administrative duties, including tracking invoices, coordinating meetings, and distributing project documentation
• assist with on-site logistics and vendor coordination during events to ensure smooth execution
• develop detailed post-event reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• 2–4 years in project coordination or event planning
• experience in large-scale corporate event management is a plus
• outstanding organizational skills
• ability to multitask
• demonstrated success in deadline-driven environments
• proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• intermediate Excel skills
