Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a tech savvy individual who wants to work directly with the Senior Project Manager and gain further knowledge and experience in the construction industry. In return, a competitive salary and full benefits are provided.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the PM to monitor contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and implement actions to mitigate potential risks and challenges
Communication with all contacts on the project (ex. site superintendent, clients, designers, trades and consultants) to ensure effective coordination of construction activities
Assist with project estimating and construction tenders/negotiations
Coordinate project documentation including site notifications, budgets, quotes, POs and COs, and prepare and review all construction cost reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Computer Savvy
Microsoft Suite i.e Excel, Word
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Problem-solving & Troubleshooting Expertise
Capacity to Work Under Pressure
2 Years of Glazing Experience
Drafting Experience is an Asset
