The Project Coordinator supports either the Retail or Trade Sales segment and is responsible for managing customer orders from contract through final resolution. This role coordinates scheduling, delivery, and installation to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:

Coordinates scheduling, delivery, and installation to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction
Works closely with sales teams, order fulfillment, installers, and third-party providers to track key order details, resolve shortages or damages, communicate timelines, and handle post-installation issues when needed
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with customers and team members
Ability to solve problems efficiently and make decisions under time constraints
Familiarity with construction, window/door products, or similar industries is advantageous
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented environment
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
Nice to have:
Prior experience in project coordination, construction, or window/door products is a plus
