Job Description

Onnec are seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide administrative and document support across a range of projects, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate project documentation. This is a site-based position in Johor, where the role will work closely with onsite project teams and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the project teams
  • Placement and progress chasing of supplier purchase orders in line with the company authorisation matrix
  • Co-ordination of deliveries to project locations
  • Chasing and collation of progress reports from project team and other stakeholders
  • Operations & Maintenance manual, documentation, tracking & reporting
  • Input of timesheet data for all project contract personnel
  • Coordination, management and minute-taking of client and internal meetings
  • Control and management of material stock sheets and asset lists
  • Control and management of onsite tester records and calibration
  • Administration of customer documentation portals (document uploads and downloads)
  • Administration of all project H&S/Quality documentation
  • Spelling, grammar checking and formatting of project documentation when requested
  • Compilation of reports/records as and when required
  • Obtaining small quotations and product lead-times
  • Aconex Uploads and regular checking for correspondence (Project Portal)
  • Dependency Recording
  • Project folders management
  • Label printing

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Experience working with teams of Engineers or Project Managers
  • Excellent use of Microsoft products i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and a team player

Nice to have

Experience of Sage Line 500 or similar systems
