We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in New York, New York, on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses on managing awards coordination, internal and external communications, and media planning within the media, advertising, and technology industries. The position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while engaging senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate award submissions, announcements, and internal communications related to recognition achievements
Manage media planning efforts for sports and live event teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop high-quality communications for pitching award wins internally and externally
Engage senior stakeholders confidently to provide updates and strategic insights
Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all award and media-related processes
Collaborate with the Director of Communications and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Analyze marketing and behavioral data to support award strategies and media planning
Handle non-client-facing tasks such as internal reporting and process optimization
Adapt to early morning schedules and a four-day in-office workweek
Contribute to improving award submission processes and tracking systems
Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination within media, advertising, or technology industries
Strong background in awards coordination, public relations, or media planning
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Analytical mindset, with experience in marketing, behavioral analysis, or negotiation
