Project Coordinator to support our growing Project Services function across Defence, Aviation and Technology service lines. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working with multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating contractor onboarding, compliance and documentation
Managing weekly timesheet collection and supporting invoice administration
Preparing trackers, reports and updates for internal teams
Supporting WIP, accruals, budget tracking and other financial processes
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Assisting with security vetting, IR35 documentation and aviation pass processes
Helping maintain accurate financial, compliance and operational records
Supporting client engagement setup and internal system updates
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Confident communicator
Comfortable working with data, numbers and spreadsheets
Good Excel skills (filtering, formulas, sorting)
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Proactive, reliable and curious
Administration, coordination or operations background
Experience with timesheets, invoicing or contractor onboarding
Awareness of IR35, vetting or compliance processes
Experience within Defence, Aviation or Technology environments
