As our next Project Coordinator, you’ll support Project Managers and collaborate across strategy, creative, media, production, and account teams to move ideas from brief to launch without missing a beat.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development of project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are clear
Track progress, identify risks early, and help problem-solve before small issues become big ones
Schedule and facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-through on next steps
Maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation within project management tools
Partner with teams to support QA reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to keep projects running efficiently
Stay curious and continuously build knowledge across digital marketing disciplines and agency workflows
Requirements:
The knowledge and instincts typically built through a combination of education/formal training and 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, marketing, administrative support, or a related role within an agency or fast-moving environment
A strong command of organization and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across disciplines
Comfort working cross-functionally with strategy, creative, media, and account teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, TeamGantt, or similar platforms)
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the agency world
