The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all project programme tasks and managing the production planning function. Working closely with project teams, you will ensure production plans align with site requirements. You will take ownership of project plans, ensuring key activities such as design, material procurement, and delivery are tracked and escalated where necessary.
Job Responsibility:
Project & Production Planning: Manage POD & PUC master schedules
Plan production across all projects to ensure a balanced workflow
Calculate resource requirements throughout the planning period
Monitor performance (actual vs target) and produce weekly management reports
Ensure alignment between production plans and site project schedules
Weekly Planning: Develop and manage weekly production plans across departments
Update plans daily, tracking progress and task completion
Maintain and update daily production boards ahead of morning meetings
Programme Management: Own and manage all project programmes
Chair production readiness meetings to support smooth project delivery
Identify and escalate programme risks and delays
Liaise with central and project planning teams to ensure alignment
Requirements:
Strong communicator with a confident and assertive approach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage complex situations and deliver results
Experience within construction or manufacturing environments
Advanced MS Excel skills
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Experience with ERP and materials management systems
