We are recruiting Project Coordinator for one of project. Location – Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. Experience – 3+ years. Your Role as Project Coordinator: Proficient in presiding over domestic inquiries, managing disciplinary cases, and overseeing legal/quasi-judicial proceedings. INDUSTRIAL PEACE: Expertise in steering union settlements, collective bargaining, and bipartite/tripartite negotiations. CONFLICT RESOLUTION: Skilled in advanced grievance redressal mechanisms, conflict mediation, and upholding shop-floor discipline. ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: Designing high-impact employee engagement initiatives and cultural awareness programs to boost morale. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE & LEGAL FRAMEWORK: REGULATORY EXPERTISE:In-depth command over Labour Laws, Mines Act, and Factory Act compliance. SOCIAL SECURITY & FILINGS: Mastered the administration of PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity; specialized in accurate filing of ER-1 and annual statutory returns. STATUTORY BODIES: Spearheading the formation and documentation of mandatory committees (including POSH, Safety, Canteen, and Works Committees). AUDIT EXCELLENCE: Ensuring 100% audit readiness and compliance with SA 8000 and other international standards. CONTRACTUAL LABOUR & HR OPERATIONS: VENDOR LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT:Orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of contractor sourcing, attendance tracking, and financial reconciliation (bill booking). OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Expertise in Payroll administration, HRIS/ERP data integrity, and comprehensive employee lifecycle management. STRATEGIC OPTIMIZATION: Implementing Manpower Planning and cost-reduction strategies through precision shift-scheduling. PLANT ADMINISTRATION & EXTERNAL LIAISONING: SECURE ACCESS CONTROL: Managing complex Gate Pass Administration for Mines/Plant entry in strict adherence to statutory safety protocols. STRATEGIC LIAISONING: Serving as the lead corporate representative for coordination with the Labour Department, Police, and Government Agencies. FACILITY OPERATIONS: Directing security operations, facility housekeeping, and guest house/hospitality logistics. STRATEGIC DATA ANALYTICS & MIS: REPORTING INTEGRITY: Developing comprehensive HR MIS reports, real-time dashboards, and workforce analytics to drive data-led management decisions.
