Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in Latin America to deliver projects according to plan. They will be an integral part of our team by being a great communicator, working effectively with others, and meeting scheduled task completion dates. This position would support multiple organizational stakeholders in exceeding customer expectations and meeting company-level goals and targets.

Job Responsibility:

Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and manage customer deliverables
Leading collaboration between customers, operations, supply chain, and engineering to develop an overall project plan
Identify routine issues that may affect the planned results and make recommendations for resolution
Serving as the primary customer point of contact during post-contract award through to delivery
Maintaining customer records and coordinating required documents, submittals, past dues, and delivery schedules

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 or more years related experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common product information such as blueprints/plan sets
Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives of moderate complexity simultaneously
Bilingual in Spanish

Nice to have:

Order Processing systems
Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
