Project Coordinator

• Assist with the organization, tracking, and execution of lighting and control projects from start to finish
• Liaise with construction teams, manufacturers, and vendors to coordinate product approval, storage, delivery, and schedule adherence
• Track order status, shipping schedules, and project timelines using Smartsheet and MS Office Suite
• Create and maintain submittal packages, change orders, closeout documents, and status reports
• Ensure all project documents, orders, and materials are accurate, organized, and updated
• Periodically travel to construction sites and warehouses to track materials and ensure smooth delivery

• recent college graduate (or early-career professional) with a business, engineering, or construction-related degree
• exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
• strong problem solver and communicator
• adept at multitasking, managing deadlines, and working under pressure
• tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Smartsheet, Adobe Pro, and other project management tools (Oasis, OnScreen Takeoff, Sage/MAS a plus)
• eager to develop expertise in lighting and controls project management—no prior industry experience required
