Job Responsibility:

Support end-to-end project management — from planning and ideation through to delivery and post-launch hypercare
Coordinate stakeholder communications, ensuring clear alignment across internal teams and external partners
Assist in mapping project timelines, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress to ensure milestones are met
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (including Ecommerce, Retail, and IT) to understand business needs and identify how new technologies can drive efficiency
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners (such as marketplaces and software vendors), facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution
Support the development and maintenance of system infrastructure documentation, process records, and implementation guides
Troubleshoot and investigate issues escalated through the project lifecycle, ensuring effective solutions and follow-through
Gain exposure to a wide range of systems, platforms, and business functions within a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements:

Are digitally curious and eager to grow your skills in ecommerce, technology, and project coordination
Take initiative and are confident working both collaboratively and independently
Thrive on organisation, communication, and managing multiple priorities at once
Have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering great business outcomes
Enjoy problem solving and collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-moving retail environment
Bring experience in a retail setting, ideally with exposure to ecommerce, ERP, or supply chain systems

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with ecommerce, ERP, or retail platforms
Previous experience working in a project coordination or operations role within a retail or digital business
