In this role, you will oversee and drive IT projects while building strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery and business growth. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize, and manage IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with organizational objectives
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated
Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and enforce adherence to quality and compliance standards
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and handle change requests efficiently
Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant IT solutions
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes for clients
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client expectations
Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and negotiating contracts to drive company growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in project coordination and IT sales within a detail-oriented environment
Strong understanding of IT project management practices, including risk management and change control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and engage with clients effectively
Ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and driving contract negotiations
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and contributing to organizational growth
Familiarity with compliance standards and quality assurance in IT projects
