Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Solution Implementation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will help to coordinate project activities, track progress, and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Develop user stories, functional specs, wireframes, and process flows
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication among developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Lead project meetings, document decisions, and provide updates to management and clients
Support resource allocation and optimize team scheduling
Prepare project documentation including status reports, proposals, and presentations
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests for smooth delivery
Validate deliverables through functional and user acceptance testing
Ensure quality standards are met before project release

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA with 2+ years of pre-MBA experience in software development, business analysis, or project coordination
Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Nice to have:

Experience with RPA or process automation platforms
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and functional testing
Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus
