Piper Companies is hiring a Remote Project Coordinator to support a Business Transformation initiative related to bridging IT and Data enterprise processes. The position is remote based and will support core business hours between 8AM – 5PM EST.
Job Responsibility:
Attend and actively participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and generating meeting minutes
Publish agendas and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress
Assist in the creation of presentation materials (slides) and manage project sites (e.g., SharePoint)
Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives
Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Create/document playbook for the pilot committees that can be used to onboard and implement the other domain committees as they launch
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and ability to work with all levels of staff
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
