This is a high-volume, "hands-on" role where you will be the engine room of service delivery, ensuring complex IT asset deployments and logistics contracts are executed flawlessly. Working under the Service Delivery Team Lead, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service requests, from initial scheduling to final reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating the job status workflow from submission to closure via the Intero portal
Reaching out to technicians for onsite calls and arranging carriers for the collection, delivery, and transfer of IT assets
Creating "Client Reports," managing Sales Orders, and ensuring all Data Erasure/Destruction reports are submitted within 10 working days
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, internal warehouse teams, and field service staff to resolve challenges and provide progress updates
Flagging scope creep or delivery delays to the Portfolio Manager and maintaining 100% accuracy in client records
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry (IT or Logistics preferred)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Proven ability to manage project resources, schedules, and competing priorities
A methodical approach to work but the flexibility to handle high-severity requests and tight SLAs (e.g., 4-hour response times)
