We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a highly engaged and fast‑moving Project Manager overseeing several concurrent projects with a large financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is exceptionally organized, and has experience supporting enterprise projects within modern project management tools.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to a Project Manager overseeing multiple projects
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource schedules
Track project progress and update artifacts using ServiceNow and Jira
Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, meeting notes and provide thorough documentation
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Assist in organizing cross-functional meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Support project intake and prioritization activities
Maintain accurate records and ensure project documentation is complete, current, and compliant with organizational standards
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow PPM for managing workflows and project tasks
Familiarity with Jira is preferred for efficient project tracking and task management
Proven experience in project coordination, including managing timelines and deliverables
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing project data
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Attention to detail within documentation as it pertains to meetings notes and tracking risks, actions, and decisions
Ability to work independently and proactively address project needs
