Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support their Project Support and Visual Communications Manager. In this exciting role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of marketing materials and enhancing the company's visual identity.
Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain impactful marketing materials and tender documents
Collaborate with account managers to provide design support for various project opportunities
Optimize project profitability while minimizing product specification errors
Handle product quotations, presentations, and tender documents
Build strong relationships with suppliers and attend product training sessions
Assist clients through phone, email, and meetings, including storage and furniture surveys
Oversee and enhance the company's visual presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters
Craft engaging content and strategies to captivate audiences on social media platforms
Ensure consistency of the visual brand identity across all communications
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills coupled with a keen attention to detail
Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for multitasking
Experience with social media content creation and brand consistency
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design tasks
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp to enhance digital marketing efforts
