We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. Job Responsibility:
Deliver administrative support to project teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
Manage and organize project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs
Prepare and track transmittals, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, warranty letters, and invoices for project manager approval
Maintain accurate records of insurance certificates and electronically file essential documents
Enter vendor information into procurement databases and process invoices within the accounting system
Handle vendor and subcontractor invoices, waivers, and distribute checks while ensuring proper electronic filing
Assist with payroll-related tasks, including employee time tracking and data entry
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support project deadlines
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs
Be prepared to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required, with compensation adhering to Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines

Ability to work cohesively in a team-oriented environment
All candidates are required to undergo drug and alcohol testing, including a ten-panel screening
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new software
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or project coordination roles
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Knowledge of lien waivers and accounts receivable processes is a plus
