Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this long-term position, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects and ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, tasks, and deliverables. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor incoming service requests
Review service orders created by salesman
Manage and convert service intake requests into work orders
Monitor and track progress of work orders
Create and tasks to technicians as necessary to complete work
Monitor notifications and alerts daily to remain aware of updates or issues
Review the order acknowledgements to verify accurate documentation is uploaded and accessible
Assist in scheduling and rescheduling service events to ensure efficient utilization of technician resources
Help maintain an organized, updated service schedule in collaboration with the Service Manager

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules
Familiarity with project processes and requirements
Strong skills in master scheduling and organizational planning
Proficiency in scanning and document management
Knowledge of service request and work order management
Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
