The Program Coordinator II supports execution of workforce development and academic partnership programs within a healthcare system, working under the direction of program leadership. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining program data, and supporting project timelines tied to student training, clinical placements, and workforce initiatives.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in program coordination, project coordination, or administrative support within healthcare or workforce programs
Experience with project management processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
Experience supporting program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data tracking/reporting tools
Experience working with internal teams and external partners (academic institutions or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong communication skills with ability to support stakeholder engagement and coordination
Experience with data entry, auditing, and maintaining program records and documentation
Nice to have:
Experience supporting academic partnerships, workforce development, or healthcare education programs
Exposure to project management tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
Experience with healthcare systems such as EPIC or similar platforms
Experience supporting grant-related tracking, reporting, or documentation
