As a Project Coordinator II at ICON, you will support the successful execution of projects by managing schedules, maintaining project documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  • Supporting project managers by maintaining and updating project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely access to records
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide status updates, gather information, and ensure alignment on project objectives
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables, reporting potential delays or risks to the project manager for resolution
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items
  • Technical writing and documentation deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project coordination is acceptable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to supporting successful project execution and delivery
