Job Responsibility:

  • Support in preparing/providing project management reports and meeting minutes
  • Manage timely uploads of all project documentation in JLL and Client system, as required
  • Assist in the development and submission of project objectives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage all financial inputs into appropriate system of record(s) including but not limited to budgets, commitments, invoices and other data, as required
  • Proactively manage financial risk by monitoring financial reporting for missing and/or inaccurate data
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate receipt of all project invoices at project closeout
  • Complete project financial reconciliation at project closeout
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required
  • Have a strong understanding of the project management process and the support required at each step
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Strong and relevant practical experience (2/3 years)
  • Accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
  • Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work with a team and independently
