Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly under the Site Project Manager and help ensure the project is successful
  • Track, order, and manage mechanical equipment required for project, ensuring timely procurement and delivery to support the construction schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of mechanical equipment inventory, order status, and equipment deployment across project phases
  • Work closely with OPI to coordinate logistics, communicate project status, and ensure alignment on scheduling and equipment needs
  • Requisition the material needed to support the schedule of installation
  • Review schedule to track progress
  • The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience with industrial millwright work
  • Should be familiar with AISC and building code requirements
  • Must have excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Must be mathematically and computer literate
  • Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand Bill of Materials
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
